Background
New and improved modules In the "Formant classic advanced" I added some new non formant modules and improved the classic modules. As a tribute to this great synth design I developed the first "Formant Classic" in as an Open Source project.

Ftec-Audio updates HV-Formant to v1.04
This enables you to sync arpegiator, sequencer and LFO's to the host tempo and song position. By using the PC keyboard you wil not hear half the potential of the HV-Formant synth to hear this you fyec need to have a velocity sensetive Midi Keyboard. If you have a sound card that supports this option choose it. If you correctly connected one to your PC you wil see it by selecting the Midi in tab. If You read this chapter of the manual I expect that you want to have fec go on playing the synth as quickly as possible.

Open The "HV-Formant" folder on your desktop and start the program. These machines are mainly used to compose experimental electronic music.

You can find a list of suitable sound devices in my shop Audio interfaces at Ftec-Shop Dutch only If you don't want to spend the money for a card with ASIO support you can stick to the Direct X Primairy sound driver but you wil hear a short delay while playing. If everything is ok you should see the synth now.
